The Irix Cine 45mm T1.5 for PL-Mount is equipped with everything both beginners and professional cinematographers need to create their masterpieces. The lens combines a natural 45mm perspective with production focused manual control. Its 43.3 mm image circle covers full frame sensors, while supported viewing angles are also provided for S 35mm, APS C, and MFT formats. The black aluminum and magnesium alloy housing weighs 2.5 lb and measures 4.5 x 3.8 inches, making it suitable for professional rigs and stabilizer based shooting.

The focus ring rotates 180 degrees and uses a standard 0.8 M gear pitch with 119 teeth. The aperture ring rotates 75 degrees and uses the same 0.8 M gear pitch with 110 teeth. Laser engraved imperial distance markings are filled with UV reactive paint to improve visibility in low light when used with a small UV blacklight.
